Is there an initial setup fee to onboard my team?

Yes, there is an initial setup fee of $1,500 to onboard your dealership to the platform. This cost covers the inital setup of your dealership on the platform as well as 1 day of training on-site at one of your dealership locations

How does Up Tape integrate with our existing CRM?

Depending on the CRM that your dealership is using we can use a number of mechanisms to compete the integration. During the onboarding of your dealerhips, our team will do an analysis of the available options and implement the best available solution that the existing CRM provides.

Additional setup fees apply and are determined shortly after our initial consultation with the dealer.

Another option for seamless integration to a CRM is to use the UpCRM. Take a look at our companion product to see if UpCRM is a good fit for your dealer.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at anytime without notice. Simply call or chat online with a support specialist to cancel the service and we will turn your account off at the end of the billing cycle.

Can we host Up Tape in a private cloud only accessible within our dealership?

Yes, Up Tape and UpCRM were build on top of Cloud Native platforms. For the nerds out there, we are using Kubernetes underneath the hood. For dealerships that need complete isolation of resources, we will work with IT to setup a private cloud on AWS to facilitate the hosting.

Our team will deploy a Kubernetes cluster in your AWS account, completely managed by our team. The Up Tape application is completely portable.

Your IT department will then need to setup a secure VPN tunnel to your Virtual Private Cloud.

What if we need an integration that you do not support?

Integrations can be built upon request. Additional setup fees may apply depending on the type of integration. Consult with our sales team to discuss the integration that you are requiring.

How can we ensure success with this product? Our sales team does not like change.

Along with all of the reporting that Up Tape provides that show how well your team is using Up Tape, we recommend that your dealership participate in ongoing training with our team. We have found that having a training session twice a year is sufficient for most dealers.

Each training is $1,500 per half day session and is conducted on-site. Contact our sales department to book a training for your dealership.
